UX/UI Designer

About the role

As a UX Designer, you are responsible for the usability, accessibility, and user-friendliness of our websites, apps, and portals. You act as the “advocate of the user” and are able to translate needs into functional, creative, and visually appealing solutions. As a UX Designer, you discuss ideas with stakeholders, conduct research together with Business Intelligence, marketers, and web analysts, and work on designs in Sketch/Figma to realize them together with the developers in your multidisciplinary team. You report to the Marketing Manager.

• You design and test new functionalities

• You design high-quality user interfaces

• You improve the usability of websites, apps, and portals

• You ensure a smooth user flow between different channels

• You work on creative and innovative designs without losing sight of our brand identity

• You are pragmatic and have extensive knowledge of online design patterns

• are highly capable of thinking from the customer’s perspective

• Collaboration: you are a team player who puts team goals above personal interests

• Result-oriented: you work in a structured way, focus on results, and meet deadlines

• You are able to hold your own in marketing discussions within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the commercial strategy is properly followed and implemented
